Digital Bricks, the end-to-end Microsoft Data & AI solutions provider, operating across Europe and the Middle East, has appointed Jan Koedijk as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors.
As Chief Operating Officer, Jan will lead Digital Bricks’ global operations, ensuring the company’s delivery, partner integration, and AI enablement programmes scale effectively across regions. He will oversee operational excellence, partner strategy, and customer success. Jan’s focus will include deepening the company’s collaboration with Microsoft across the full AI stack, driving both customer outcomes and internal innovation.
“Having been among the first to invest deeply in operational AI, Digital Bricks has built an early-mover advantage in turning innovation into measurable value for customers,” said Jan Koedijk, Chief Operating Officer. “My focus is to ensure our operations, partnerships, and teams are structured to deliver consistently and scale sustainably, so that we can accelerate impact for customers in every market we serve.”
Jan brings more than two decades of leadership experience from HSO, where he held senior roles including Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer and Group Director. During this period, he helped shape HSO into one of Europe’s leading Microsoft-focused digital transformation partners, overseeing the development of scalable operating structures and international service delivery models.
“Jan’s experience in scaling a Microsoft partner business makes him an invaluable addition as we enter the next stage of our journey,” said Max Dinser, Co-Founder of Digital Bricks. “His operational leadership and ability to build structure at pace will help us scale our delivery model responsibly and sustain high-quality outcomes as demand accelerates.”

Digital Bricks is entering a phase of accelerated expansion in response to the rising need for organisations to upskill internal capabilities and design agentic AI systems that can perform meaningful work at scale. The company works with organisations to raise AI literacy, develop strategy, and build and deploy practical AI systems within Microsoft ecosystems. The company currently operates across Europe and the United Arab Emirates.
Jan’s appointment strengthens Digital Bricks’ operational capabilities as it scales delivery across multiple regions. His background in building controlled growth environments, establishing governance models and developing high-performance execution teams will support Digital Bricks in transitioning from high velocity scale-up to structured international operator.
