About the Role

Digital Bricks is expanding rapidly across Europe and the UAE and we are seeking a Sales and Account Manager to drive revenue, nurture strong partner relationships, and position our AI solutions at the centre of the Microsoft ecosystem.

This role combines consultative sales, account growth, and partner enablement with a strong focus on AI offerings including Copilot adoption programs, AI agent development, Azure AI Foundry solutions, and sector-specific IP.

You will manage relationships from first contact through long-term expansion to ensure customers understand and adopt our AI capabilities while growing with us over time. This is a hybrid role, typically attending the office three times per week, though more frequent office presence is welcomed.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Development

• Identify and target new customers in Microsoft’s partner ecosystem and enterprise accounts

• Position Digital Bricks’ AI solutions including Copilot programs, AI agents, DAISI, and AI strategy services

• Build pipelines using Microsoft co-sell, partner networks, and community events

• Create proposals, deliver demos, and lead commercial negotiations

2. Account Management and Customer Success

• Serve as primary contact for accounts and maintain long-term relationships

• Translate customer needs into AI adoption opportunities

• Expand existing accounts with additional services and solutions

• Ensure ongoing ROI and engagement throughout the AI maturity journey

3. Microsoft Ecosystem Engagement

• Collaborate with Microsoft teams to accelerate deals

• Leverage co-sell benefits, incentives, and partner programs

• Represent Digital Bricks in Microsoft communities, AI events, and partner activities

4. Sales Execution and Forecasting

• Own quarterly targets and maintain a reliable pipeline

• Keep accurate CRM data and prepare reports for leadership

• Follow structured sales cycles aligned with Digital Bricks’ methodology

5. Product and Solution Knowledge

• Stay updated on offerings including Copilot programs, AI strategy, agent development, DAISI, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform applications

• Communicate solution value clearly to business and technical stakeholders

6. Collaboration with Delivery and Strategy Teams

• Partner with delivery, development, and strategy teams for customer proposals

• Ensure smooth handoff from sales to project teams

• Participate in value workshops and provide customer feedback to improve offerings

7. Market Intelligence and Value Creation

• Monitor AI, Microsoft cloud, and partner channel trends

• Identify emerging customer needs and provide market insights

• Support leadership in evolving commercial strategy

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years proven experience in enterprise sales or account management, preferably in AI, cloud, or Microsoft technology solutions

• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem and co-sell programs is highly desirable

• Strong understanding of AI solutions including Copilot, Azure AI, and agent development

• Track record of managing complex deals and driving revenue growth across multiple regions

• Experience working with cross-functional teams including delivery, product, and strategy

Your Skills

• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both technical and business stakeholders

• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Strategic thinking and market awareness

• CRM proficiency and experience with forecasting and pipeline management
